Task: Starbucks had a baffling issue. Strategy realized there was a gapin their audience—particularly young, Black people. Alongside a designer, we were able to assess the gap in outreach and messaging, focusing on how audiences can use Starbucks Rewards to connect by sharing rewards. It was an honor to be a part of developing this concept from the themes, styleboards, shots, guidelines, wardrobe and styling, to selecting locations. Plus, I got to fly out to the original Starbucks in Seattle!
