Task: For Industrial Bank, a regional community bank based in Washington, D.C., I developed social media content that strengthened the bank's digital presence and reinforced its reputation as a trusted community institution. My content strategy combined financial education, banking statistics, company highlights, and archival storytelling that showcased the bank's long history of serving the community, while also promoting personal finance workshops and community events.
